CBC集团已于2023年7月21日正式收购意大利Bioplanet公司。 

       CBC集团于2023 年 7 月 21 日正式收购了意大利公司Bioplanet。Bioplanet成立于 1985 年，是一家生物农药制造商，繁殖和生产作为害虫天敌的有益昆虫，以便在不使用农药的情况下减少害虫。通过此次收购，CBC集团将进一步加强其在欧洲的生物农药业务。

News Release CBC Group has acquired Bioplanet, an Italian company, effective July 21, 2023. Bioplanet, founded in 1985, is a biopesticide manufacturer that breeds and produces beneficial insects that serve as natural enemies of pests in order to reduce pests without using pesticides. With this acquisition, the CBC Group will further strengthen its bio-pesticide business in Europe.
